THIS IS THE VIA DEL SOL BRIDGE NEAR CORRALITOS CREEK, WHICH COLLAPSED EARLY THIS MORNING, STRANDING ABOUT 60 OWNERS UNTIL CREWS CAN REMOVE DEBRIS FROM ANOTHER BRIDGE. THE COUNTY ESTIMATES THAT THERE IS AT LEAST $27 MILLION IN DAMAGES COUNTY THROUGHOUT NOW, AND THERE ARE MORE STORMS IN THE FORECAST THAT COULD COME UP. A COUNTY SPOKESMAN TOLD ME COUNTY SUPERVISORS ARE EXPECTED TO APPROVE A DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY TOMORROW. WITH PRESIDENT BIDEN APPROVING A STATE OF EMERGENCY FOR CALIFORNIA DUE TO THE HURRICANE. THAT ALLOWS FOR ADDITIONAL RESOURCES AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL BE INVOLVED WHEN IT COMES TO COORDINATION
